Please fill out the following form to be considered for media credentials at Winter Meltdown 10 on December 5-6,2025 at Penwell Knights Raceway. We have limited media space, so the sooner you can let us know your interest in covering the event, the better. Beginning in 2021, we have implemented a new approval process in regards to the way media will recieve badges and access, so please read thoroughly. We want to provide the best atmosphere for racers, fans, sponsors, the track, and of course you, the media who capture every moment. Due to the number of media companies requesting credentials, we will be liminting the amount of All Access Media Badges, to only essential media personnel (active camera crew). Please only request additional badges for essential support of your success at the event. Starting line stragglers with media badges will be asked to leave the approved media area, and risk losing further access if found not following these guidelines.
