Submit one form per nominee.
Please note that we have two options for recommending members to the Kentucky WMU Executive Board. Below you will find the qualifications for a Board Member and a Board Officer. Please prayerfully consider the invidual you would like to recommend and include an endorsement at the end of this form.
WMU Regional Executive Board Member

To be eligible for election as a regional board member, a nominee MUST:
- Possess a thorough knowledge of Woman's Missionary Union, its organizations and ministries, through personal involvement in a Kentucky Baptist Convention church and association.
- Be available to attend Executive Board meetings, committee meetings and the Annual Meeting of Kentucky WMU.
- Not be an employee of Kentucky WMU or the family member of an employee.
WMU Officer

To be eligible for election as a board officer, a nominee MUST:
- MUST have previously served on the Executive Board to be eligible to hold office.
