SETUP TIME: PLEASE BE ON TIME (If you are running late please notify us)

SETUP IS 1-HOUR PRIOR TO EVENT TIME  (For example: If event time is 12-4pm, then setup is 11am) The venue is NOT wheel chair accessible. There are is a staircase.

CLEAN UP: 30 minutes for clean up at the end of the event time.

PARKING: There is plenty of street parking. You may OFF-LOAD in front of the venue and park your car. Street parking is free.

You will be provided with (1) 6ft table, table cloth, and (2) chairs. You may bring a clothing rack with you. Note: If a clothing rack will a part of your set up in special requests so that we may provide you with ample space.

**You can find the event flyer on our Instagram page (@suiteteventstudio). We request that you share it on your social media & notify your friends & family! Make sure you tag us in all your promotions! Be advised that we are not guaranteeing clientele & it is also your responsibility to promote the event at least 2-3 times a week. The more the better!
