Chicago's African Fashion on the Runway Model Registration Form

Welcome to the online model registration for the upcoming Chicago's African Fashion on the Runway Fashion Show taking place Thurday June 19, 2025. Call time is 6AM.

You must be willing to participate in the upcoming casting/fitting and walk for designers in the show if selected. Please provide your stats and measurments by May 24th.

Models of all sizes and shapes welcome. Must be a minimum height of 5'8 and taller for women size 0-16. Some exceptions will be made if you are 5'7 without heels. Modeling experience preferrered.

Men: 6'0 and taller preferable chest size 38 to 42. Waist 30-32.

Compensation:
- Trade for photography and makeup services provided
- Networking opportunities
Casting Call: If you are selected, you will receive an email with the location details by May 25th. Please bring a comp card or two recent images of yourself.

BFW Release of Liability

All models must acknowledge and sign the BFW Release of Liability for approval to participate as a model in the showcase if selected.
