    Kristen is not accepting Haircut Only clients at this time. In order to schedule a service you must be recieving a color as well as a haircut.

    If you are looking for only a haircut, we recommend Tacari in Downtown plymouth for specialized cuts, and Hillary at Blackbird Barbershop for Clipper cuts.

    Cancellation Policy: I understand any appointment with Kristen Code not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of Kristen’s cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. Late Policy: I understand that if I am running 15+ minutes late to my appointment, Kristen may need to refuse or alter my services (no styling/cut/etc.) in order for it to not affect the following scheduled appointments. In the event of this happening I will still be charged for the full scheduled service(s)​ or I may have to reschedule and pay a late cancellation fee. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: I agree that if I am having challenges at home with my cut or color, I will let Kristen know within 7 days of my visit so she can make any minor adjustments that align with our original consultation. I understand that due to the artistic nature of hair styling, Kristen does not offer refunds. I understand that if I opt out of drying services, I forfeit the service guarantee. I understand that color services are guaranteed when using a professional quality of products. "professional" products found on Amazon, in CVS, Target etc. can be tampered with, watered down, or entirely fake, and can create undesired results with my color and/or integrity of my hair.​Saved Payment Method: I understand and agree to my payment methods being safely and securely stored on file using Kristen Code’s POS system. Kristen's POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor. Redo Policy: I understand if I would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving my scheduled appointment, Kristen will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment. I understand no refunds are allowed under any circumstance.​Product Return Policy: I understand a very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment I have, and will receive credit towards a different product; or service received. I will make sure to reach out to Kristen Code with my concerns as soon as possible after using the product. Salon Etiquette: Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Covid/Policy Waiver: I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Kristen Code has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, and all other communicable diseases/infections. I further acknowledge that Kristen Code can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19 or any other communicable disease/infection. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 or any other disease/infection may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, salon staff, and other salon clients and their families. I voluntarily seek services provided by Kristen Code and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment. I attest that:* I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.* I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.* I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. * I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.* I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.​By reading and agreeing to this statement I have read and understood all of Kristen Code’s Policies found in the Digital Welcome Packet sent to my email and stated in this memo. I agree to have my payment info saved and stored securely.​I understand that Kristen Code and I will have an in depth conversation speaking about all aspects of today's appointment, in which I agree to and acknowledge including price of service, and the expected physical and aesthetic results.
