Thank you for choosing Holy Family Preschool! We are so happy to have your family join us. Please submit the required documents and complete the registration form below. When all required documents have been received, we will be able to secure your child's spot.

Children registering for the Three Year Old Program must be three years of age on or before September 1st. Children registering for a Four Year Old Program must be four years of age on or before September 1st. All Preschool students must be fully potty-trained and completely self-sufficient in the bathroom.

We require a minimum of (9) students to be enrolled in a session.
