  • SALON POLICY

    Eva Rae is located at 1 Barney Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065 Suite 244. To help better prepare for our appointment, fill out and sign the salon policy prior to booking an appointment. Your appointment is a request and will be confirmed or denied. Not all appointments are accepted due to various reasons.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Eva Rae does have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your service that you booked for. If you no call no show you will be charged 100% and will not be able to make any future appointments. If you are running late please give Eva a heads up so she can make sure she can still accommodate you. Eva Rae does have a $15 late fee for all appointments 10-20 minutes late. Anything over 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Eva Rae is an experienced professional. She will always be honest with what can be achieved with your hair, in return she expects the same honesty. If you have had box color or previously damaged hair please tell her prior to booking. She will always try her best to make you happy while keeping the integrity of the hair as healthy as possible. If you aren't honest with your hair history we can't gaurentee your results. Eva Rae will not be liable for any damage done. Please remember the importance of using professional products to maintain your hair color.

     

    If you are not happy with your results, please CALL your stylist Eva Rae. Eva will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. This is not to be confused with changing your mind or wanting to be blonder. If your request is reasonable, Eva will do all that she can to fix any error in quality. No refunds.

     

    Please don't bring extra guest or children (unless talked about previously with Eva). Cash payments preferred. All major credit cards accepted.
