STEPS TO JOIN

Step 1: 

To apply for the LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO affiliate program, all you have to do is make a content post on the social media platform of your choice. Naturally, the type of content you post will depend on the social media platform that you are on. 

If it’s on Tiktok, you can make a short 1-minute video. However, if it’s on Instagram, you can post a picture. In case, it’s on Youtube, you can make a short (or medium-length) video. 

 

Step 2: 

What should the content be? 

Well, it has to be you Wearing/Using an Item(s) that you acquired from LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. You can easily make a purchase from LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO through the Website if you wish. 

The post can be about how the Item(s) feel and what you think of them, etc. 

 

Step 3: 

Don’t forget to tag @luxurycapitalstudio in the post you make and use the following hashtags: #LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO and #LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIOamb. 

Once you have made the post, it’s a good idea to wait a bit so that some engagement rolls in. This can offer a good impression to them so you have a better chance of securing your position as a LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO Brand or LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO Campus Ambassador. 

Once a little bit of engagement has rolled in with your social media post, you can proceed to the next step. 

 

Step 4: 

Email the link to your social media post to luxurycapitalstudio@gmail.com. 

Within the email, tell LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO a little bit about yourself and let LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO know that you are interested in a collaborations. 

If you meet the specific criteria, LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will reply to your email etc. 

 

Additional Tips
Once you do secure a your spot with LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO, you must ensure that the posts you make to promote them are highly polished and professional. 

First of all, you must ensure that it’s explicitly stated in the post that it’s part of a Paid Partnership between you and LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. This is important as it’s illegal to not state this on social media posts if it is the case. 

Secondly, if you need to add any links to their website or online store, make sure that you shorten the link first. 

CONTENT REQUIREMENTS & OVERALL REQUIREMENTS
As part of our BRAND AMBASSADOR program, you’ll be required to post on your social media platform 2 - 3 times per week.

For example

• Youtube video e.g Product review, hair tutorial etc

• Blog post

• Twitter feed, Pinned tweet or Twitter story

You are required to place your unique link in your bio. If you already have a link in your bio, then you can use a link-in-profile tool such as Linktree or ContactInBio.
 
You must also tag us LUXURY CAPITAL STUDIO in all your social media posts in order for us to keep track and view your content. Use #LuxuryCapitalStudio in your captions in order for us to keep track of your content.
 
For Youtube content, you are required to place your unique link the the description of the video. 
 
If you are posting content on a blog, you are required to link back to your unique link.
 
Lastly, you are required to send your content to us for tracking and re-sharing purposes. A member of our team will be assigned to fully support you.

Level 1 is our entry - level for all partners welcomed into the partnership with LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO® Item(s)! Where ambassadors are provided with personalized links with the ability to track their earnings online.

On this Level the Ambassador will:

• Receive a 5% commission for every shipped sale generated by a new customer through their affiliate links. There is a minimum of a 6-months requirement for this level.

By Signing up the LCS BRAND AMBASSADORS FORM and Submitting it to LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO© I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO©. I cannot act on behalf of LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO©. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO©.

I will promote and market LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO© Item(s) to customers.

I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.

12. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #LuxuryCapitalStudio in each post that relates to LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO

13. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused Gift Cards and all promotional codes effective immediately.

14. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must use any unused Gift Cards balance within 7 days of leaving the program. Any photos sent to LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

15. If LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have ONE (1) months to redeem my Gift Card Credits and use the exclusive promotional code.

16. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.

17. I agree that LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

18. I agree to LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO Privacy Policy and I have read and Agree to these Terms.

B. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. (Company) understands and agrees:

1. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will compensate the Brand Ambassador with a $5 to $25 LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO Gift Card for every photo we use on our website or e-commerce marketing emails or advertisements, but not on social media networks. Once compensated, LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO owns the rights to use this image for campaigns even should the Brand Ambassador leave the program.

2. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will occasionally provide FREE Item(s) to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks.

3. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will give the Brand Ambassador up to 10% Off exclusive promotional code to use for Item(s) purchased on LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO

4. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will provide the Brand Ambassador with their gift cards within 5 business days of image/video usage. Company will not cancel any order submission or add reward points if an order was submitted without a Brand Ambassador promotion code.

5. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO may provide additional reward points / product awards / free Item(s) to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its’ discretion.

6. If LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.

7.LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.

8. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO agrees to adhere to the LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO Privacy Policy these Terms and Conditions.

C. General:

1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO and is conditioned by the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.

3. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. May discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.

4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.

* Active pertains to posting content at least three (3) times a week which includes at least one pre-approved LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO hashtag.
