  • Welcome to the GBTA WINiT Open Volunteer Process

    Our volunteers are the core to the success of our programming, and we welcome you to join us for the 2023 season. At WINiT, we welcome all genders and levels worldwide and intentionally foster a group of passionate hospitality industry members who are thought leaders ready to share their knowledge. You are welcome here if you have an hour a day, a week, or a month to donate to us.

    Please complete the application by January 11th.
    Volunteer roles will be confirmed and communicated in January 2023.

  • Co-chair (2 per committee)

    Will work with the WINiT Leaders and Program Director to develop the Committee annual plan; ensures committee members are assigned to the necessary roles needed to achieve committee objectives; recruits new committee members; provides updates to Program Manager and collaborates with co-chairs of other WINiT committees.

  • Administrator (1 per committee)

    Schedules meetings, takes and distributes meeting minutes for each committee; follows up on action items and main point of contact for Program Director and liaison with Administrators for the other 2 Committees to ensure alignment and no duplication of efforts

  • Committee Member (# based on Committee initiatives)

    Assignments to be created following the development of the committee annual plan.

  • Ad-hoc Expert

    Happy to help with ad hoc projects, but not able to commit to a committee at this time. Please be sure to provide your special skills or qualifications you’re willing to share with us.
