Application Submission Deadlines

Please note the Charity's next four application review meetings are on: 26th June 2026, 9th October 2026, 8th January 2027 and 9th April 2027. Applications must be submitted at least two weeks before each meeting date to ensure consideration at the earliest opportunity. Late submissions may be deferred to the following review meeting.

Terms and Conditions
• The grant is only for the activity or project agreed by the Board of the Kerrison Trust. A formal request is required if any changes are to be made.

• An evaluation report on how the grant has been spent, and what has been achieved, will be required by the Kerrison Trust after six months, or such other period as may be agreed.

• Grants are to be repaid to the Kerrison Trust if they are found to have been spent fraudulently or negligently.

• Up to date records and accounts must be kept showing how the funds have been spent. The Kerrison Trust reserves the right to inspect these records at any time.

Should your application be successful then this document will be kept on file at the offices of the Kerrison Trust and used only for the purpose of granting a donation and follow up contact. Should this grant application be unsuccessful then all paperwork will be destroyed by this office.
