Notice of Demand to Enforce Parent's Liberty Interest in Child
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent and Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal
I, one of the People of the 50 American States (as seen in the Bills and Declarations of Rights in the 50 State Constitutions) Sui Juris, am serving you with this Notice so that you and your agents may provide due care:
Please take Notice that We the People are the creators of all government in Our Nation, both State and Federal. Government is only created to promote the general welfare of the People, ensure our rights, and to provide equality under the law. All men are free and have the inherent rights to life, liberty, safety, and happiness. (See evidence below)
Virginia Constitution Article Section 2 People the Source of Power
"That all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people, that magistrates are their trustees and servants, and at all times amenable to them."
Missouri Constitution Article Section 2 Promotion of General Welfare--Natural Rights of Persons Equality Under the Law--Purpose of Government
"That all constitutional government is intended to promote the general welfare of the people; that all persons have a natural right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and the enjoyment of the gains of their own industry; that all persons are created equal and are entitled to equal rights and opportunity under the law; that to give security to these things is the principal office of government, and that when government does not confer this security, it fails in its chief design."
Texas Constitution Article 1 Section 2
"All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient."
Please take notice that upon assuming office, you spoke an oath of Trust Indenture to the People of Texas, to always follow the Constitution. The 51 Constitutions declare government workers to be Trustees and Servants of the People; as a Servant you are bound to the will of the People and are not to be the decision-maker in administrating your office.
Texas Constitution Article 16 Section 1 (a) All elected and appointed officer, before they enter upon the duties of their offices, shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: "I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that will faithfully execute the duties of the office of [title of office] of the State of Texas, and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect, and defend the constitution and laws of the United States and of this State, so help me God."
Maxim of Law 84d. An oath is indivisible; it is not to be held partly true and partly false. 4 Inst. 274; Bouv. 134. (Sourced from Charles A. Weisman, A Selection of Maxims of Law, 1990)
Maxim of Law 96h. One is a servant who is employed by a master to perform service in his affairs and whose physical conduct in performance of the service is controlled by the master. Evans v. Board of Ed. of Hays, 284 P. 2d 1068, 1071. (Sourced from Charles A. Weisman, A Selection of Maxims of Law, 1990)
Please take notice that as one of the People, it is my duty to teach government Trustees the American fundamental rights & principles to preserve the blessings of Liberty, i.e., within the Texas Public School system.
Maxim of Law 51q. A frequent recurrence to fundamental principles, and a firm adherence to justice, virtue, and original law, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government. American Maxim. (Sourced from Charles A. Weisman, A Selection of Maxims of Law, 1990)
Texas Constitution Article 7 Section 1- Support and Maintenance of System of Public Free Schools A general diffusion of knowledge being essential to the preservation of the liberties and rights of the people, it shall be the duty of the Legislature of the State to establish and make suitable provision for the support and maintenance of an efficient system of public free schools. [Emphasis by Italic added]
Please take notice that NO government Trustee/Servant is granted constitutional authority to trespass the People's common rights (as seen in the Bills and Declarations of Rights). These individual liberties are absolute and NOT revokable.
Maxim of Law 86a. It would be idle and trite to say that no right is absolute. Orient Ins. Co. v. Draggs, 172 U.S. 557, 566. (Sourced from Charles A. Weisman, A Selection of Maxims of Law, 1990)
Take Notice that The Supreme Court of the United States has upheld that "the liberty interest of parents in the care, custody and control of their children is perhaps the oldest of fundamental liberty interests recognized by this court". Moreover, affirming that the Due Process Clause includes the right of Parents to raise children according to the dictates of their own freewill, which includes the parents having total control over a child's right to an Education, including any decisions in pursuance of these rights; Rights which the State can ‘neither supply nor hinder’. This precludes implementing ANY curriculum that would teach gender ideology and ANY sexual education curriculum to children that are not age appropriate. These decisions are the sole responsibility of the Parents, as The Supreme Court has clearly stated. (See evidence below)
