B&B Target Center Firearm Rental Agreement

Safety at B&B Target Center Inc. is a priority. To help ensure that all shooters and employees are safe, B&B Target Center Inc. requires shooters wanting to rent either:
Have their own firearm with them. or Have brought a friend or family member to accompany them. Or the shooter is currently a member of B&B Target Center Inc.

If an individual shooter is wanting to rent a firearm, the shooter will be charged all standard range prices and fees, including a Range Safety Officer accompanying them during the entire time they are shooting.

At no point in time is B&B Target Center Inc. obligated to rent a firearm to any shooter whether the shooter(s) have their own firearm, have brought a friend or family member, or the shooter is currently a member of B&B Target Center Inc.

When renting a firearm, the shooter is required B&B Target Center Inc. ammunition. If a shooter is using their own personal ammunition through a rented firearm the Range Safety Office and any of B&B Target Center Inc. staff members reserve the right to remove the renter from the firing line.

B&B Target Center Inc. reserves the right to refuse business or services to any individuals or organizations without providing an explanation. Final approval for attendance is at the sole discretion of B&B Target Center Inc.

Firearm Rental Agreement
I am renting a firearm owned by B&B Target Center, Inc. (hereinafter “B&B Target Center”) and agree to use the firearm in accordance with SAFE practices and procedures; and under the rules, policies and requirements of B&B Target Center. I further agree that I stand to the above and will not remove the firearm from the premises and understand that in doing so I will be prosecuted for the theft of a firearm under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

I certify that I am NOT PROHIBITED from using, possessing or renting a firearm. I understand that making a FALSE oral or written statement or the exhibiting of any false or misrepresented identification with respect to this transaction is unlawful under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and that I will be held liable and prosecuted.

I am not, and have never been before, depressed nor do I desire to harm myself or others.

I have never been adjudicated in a court of law as having psychological problems nor have I ever been treated for mental health issues that could be determined as a violation of the “Prohibited Person” laws.

I have reviewed and voluntarily signed the B&B Target Center range waiver and agree absolutely and unequivocally release from any liability and hold harmless B&B Target Center and any and all of its managers, members, sponsors, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any of the events or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of B&B Target Center.

I understand that making a false or written statement or the exhibiting of any false or misrepresented identification with respect to this transaction is unlawful under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and I will be held liable and prosecuted. I further certify that I am experienced and skilled in the proper handling, loading, use, and discharge of all firearms and ammunition I intend to use at this range.
