(INCREASING) WFF Payroll Deduction Form

The Whataburger Family Foundation provides emergency assistance to Whataburger Family Members and Franchise Family Members, and their immediate dependents, who are experiencing an unexpected financial hardship. Any active Whataburger/Franchise Family Member is eligible to apply for financial assistance for rent and utilities, medical emergencies, disaster relief, funeral expenses, or other qualified financial hardships. The Whataburger Family Foundation also provides annual college scholarships to active Whataburger and Franchise Family Members, and their immediate dependents, for both the fall and spring semesters.

Funding support may be granted based on: level and severity of need; relationship/dependency; employment status; and other criteria.

I also agree that this total amount will be deducted on the next pay cycle following the end of the donation period.
Authorization or cancellation is effective upon receipt by the Whataburger Restourants LLC. The Whataburger Family Foundation is a designated fund within the San Antonio Area Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
