Enrollment Policy & Conditions
Once a class is filled, any further enrollment requests for that class are placed on a "wait list", continuing in the order received. Please be assured that past enrollment history consistently shows we have been able to successfully place the strong majority of "wait listed" enrollees every year. If you have the flexibility to indicate an alternate class choice, your placement chances improve.
Once you have enrolled online, you will receive an automated email confirmation. A $75 registration fee, plus one month's tuition, will be due at that time to secure your spot in the program. New families can pay by mailing a check to the preschool office or call with credit card information.
The enrollment fee is $75.00 and $65/each for additional siblings. Lunch bunch payment is due in full. Please double check the total cost prior to payment.
Current Families - We will deduct the enrollment fee, one month's tuition, and lunch bunch (if applicable) from your current online payment account, Tuition Express, January 30, 2023.
The payment will be applied to your September tuition payment. If your child is wait-listed, payment will not be due until placement in a class is confirmed. The tuition deposit is applied to the month of September.
For withdrawals prior to the start of class in September 2023, half of your first month’s tuition deposit amount will be refunded providing the Director is notified of the withdrawal prior to July 1. We require at least eight students in our Four’s classes and seven students in our Three’s class. In the event a class has low enrollment, we reserve the right to run the class with one teacher within our given ratios.
