5K GIVE AWAY Donate/Ticket Purchase.

5K GIVE AWAY CONTEXT

Monies raised will be dispersed to three places:

2 Qualifying Charities, selected by WSA Girls Player Leadership Council and WSA Boys Player Leadership Council.  

WSA Youth Soccer Teams based on total donations credited to the team. 

WSA Club's Legacy Fund, dedicated to need-based financial assistance programming, and capital improvements, reinvested into youth soccer programming. 

THE DRAWINGS & 5K GIVE AWAY WINNINGS:  WSA will "give-away" a minimum of $5K in cash & prizes to winners of the drawings (see fine print in check-out to understand any contingencies).  Some winners will be awarded prizes along the way to the actual drawing in "early drawings".  Those winners will have their ticket returned to the actual drawing, still retaining their opportunity to win grand prize monies. 



DONATING TO 2 SELECTED CHARITIES, 5K TO ONE CHARITY: 
WSA will also donate to two charities, selected by WSA Players.  If WSA meets the fundraising goal (the goal of each player receiving 5 donors of $10) WSA will also donate $5,000 to the qualifying Charity selected by WSA Players Leadership Council.  The WSA boys and girls programs will compete in a "fundraiser-off". 

The winning program's (boys or girls) charity will receive the $5,000 donation and the other program's charity will receive $2,500.  The WSA Player's Leadership Council will also partner with the selected Charity to exectue an "act of service" on behalf of the charity in 2023.  If WSA does not meet the fundraising goal then a proportionate amount will be donated to the Charities selected, and WSA Soccer's Player's Leadership Council will execute the act of service with the selected Charities.

Feel free to customize your own ticket entries by combining and arranging the options above at check-out.  Working in $10 increments, there are limitless options to donate and participate! Follow updates on WSA Soccer's Facebook Page as we update new prizes, and hand out winners of periodic drawings, up until the date of the actual drawing. 

There is a 1.5% processing fee (15 cents per $10 donation). 

THE FINE PRINT. WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER PURCHASE. 
Any donation after 12/18/22 4 PM CST will not be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.  Those donations will be donated toward the charity, team, and club legacy fund accordingly.  This fundraiser is intended to help youth soccer players at WSA Soccer. The goal of the fundraiser is to continue to expand WSA Soccer's generous "outreach" efforts which were audited to include over $400,000 of waived fees for "need-based" requests on an annual basis the past 3 years. Monies will be deposited into the club's Legacy Account.

WSA Soccer is also donating some of the proceeds to 2 qualifying Charities, that the players of the club will choose.  If the club meets the fundraising goal of each player achieving 5 donations of $10, then the club will donate $5K to the charity of higher seller, boys or girls progam. It is a "girls vs boys" competition! The other charity will recieve $2.5K. The club will donate to both charities if the club does not reach it's goal in a manner proportionate to the funds raised, with the winning seller, boys or girls, donating 2X as much to that charity. Thank you for participating and supporting our children! 

The rules are simple: Each $10 donation toward our organization renders one paper ticket in the drawing for you. WSA may award "early winners" throughout the process and prior to the actual drawing date.  Those winners will have their ticket returned to the actual Grand Prize Drawing.  There is a processing fee of .15 cents per $10 donation. There are options to donate at higher rates and receive "bonus tickets". The winning tickets will be drawn on Dec 18th, the date of the World Cup Final. You do NOT have to be present to win. Winners will be notified by WSA Facebook and also by the contact information provided on this form. The prizes will be the lesser of either 25% of the total ticket sale revenue, or $5,000 total value of cash and prizes. The past 3 years, 2016-2019, over $5,000 of prizes were given away each year, including $5,000 cash. In 2020 & 2021 the 5K GiveAway Event was canceled due to COVID. Thank you again!
