B&B Target Center Inc.Rental Policy 

Have their own firearm with them. or Have brought a friend or family member to accompany them.  Or the shooter is currently a member of B&B Target Center Inc.

If an individual shooter is wanting to rent a firearm, the shooter will be charged all standard range prices and fees, including a Range Safety Officer accompanying them during the entire time they are shooting.

At no point in time is B&B Target Center Inc. obligated to rent a firearm to any shooter whether the shooter(s) have their own firearm, have brought a friend or family member, or the shooter is currently a member of B&B Target Center Inc. 

When renting a firearm, the shooter is required B&B Target Center Inc. ammunition. If a shooter is using their own personal ammunition through a rented firearm the Range Safety Office and any of B&B Target Center Inc. staff members reserve the right to remove the renter from the firing line. 

B&B Target Center Inc. reserves the right to refuse business or services to any individuals or organizations without providing an explanation. Final approval for attendance is at the sole discretion of B&B Target Center Inc. 

Read & Sign: Shooting Range Use and Gun Rental Agreement; Waiver and Release; and Range Rules and Policies. 

Attend safety meeting with your Range Safety Officer (RSO) and watch the Safety Video. 

This must be done before using/entering the range. 
Act responsibly at all times. 

Treat every firearm as if it was loaded.

Keep all firearms pointed down range.

Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until your sight are on target.

Keep firearm on safe, if applicable, while not in use.

In the case of a “Cease Fire” place firearms on the bench, pointed down range, back against the wall and wait for further instruction by Range Personnel. The RSO and all other B&B Target Center Inc. staff members reserve the right to correct shooters of any violation that have been witnessed and remove shooters from the firing line without cause. 

No individuals are permitted at the Range without an assigned RSO. The RSO will remain by individual’s side at all times.

Individuals should always follow the Range Rules and Policies, as well as, the RSO instructions and determinations. 

Monitor your assigned range time, be aware of your surroundings, and be courteous of other. 

Report any unsafe conditions to your RSO immediately.

The RSO and/or B&B Target Center manager may terminate the shooting session at any time, without prior consent.

Eye and ear protection is mandatory for everyone in the range.

Guns are loud and the sound can cause hearing damage. They can also emit debris and hot gas that could cause eye injury. For these reasons, shooting glasses and hearing protection must be worn by shooters and spectators. 

 

Use only the correct ammunition for the gun rented:

Use only the correct ammunition for the firearm as recommended by the manufacturer. Most guns have the ammunition type stamped on the barrel. B&B Target Center adhere to manufacturer recommendations.
Ammunition can be identified by information printed on the box and sometimes stamped on the cartridge
Only use firearms and calibers approved for the range and by the RSO.

Any caliber handgun or handgun caliber must be approved by range staff prior to entering the range. 
Any rifle must be approved by range staff prior to entering the range. 
All shotguns must be approved by range staff prior to entering the range. 
Fully automatic firearms or firearms with bump stocks are prohibited by federal and local laws and not permitted at B&B Target Center facilities. 
The RSO and B&B Target Center may deny the use of any handgun, rifle or shotgun for any reason. 
The operation of this firearms is subject to Range Rules and Policies. NO exceptions are permitted, and sessions may be terminated at any time by your RSO and/or B&B.
Shooters must only utilize the booth and target for the assigned lane. 

In addition to the RSO, only 1 person is permitted at the assigned lane. Non-shooters must stand behind the booth area. 

Only instructors hired or contracted by B&B Target Center are permitted to provide for-hire training services at our business.

Never cross the firing line with any body part. 

If you need to retrieve an item from in front of the booth, contact your RSO. 
No uncased firearms are permitted behind the shooting booth area. 

Do not transfer uncased, non-holstered, or non-bagged firearms from lane to lane.
Do not pass firearms directly from person to person.

The RSO and/or B&B Target Center may conclude or terminate the shooting session without cause.

Safety – B&B Target Center reserves the right to remove and if necessary, eject from its premises any individual who represents a danger to himself or others. Failing to follow instructions, safety rules, protocols, or conduct deemed unsafe or unbecoming will result in immediate removal.

Changes in Terms and Conditions - B&B Target Center reserves the right to change or discontinue, at any moment, any aspect or feature of B&B Target Center services, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and the equipment needed for access or use.

Code of Conduct – You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that you will not: 

Restrict or inhabit any other person from using B&B Target Center services;
Express or imply that any statements that you make are endorsed by B&B Target Center or B&B, without prior written consent; 
Impersonate any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including any employee or representative of B&B Target Center;
Submit any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable, or infringes B&B Target Center or any other third party’s intellectual property or rights. 
User’s Conduct – You can use B&B Target Center premises and service for lawful purposes only. Any conduct that B&B Target Center consider may generate civil liability or violate any law, or in any other way, restricts or inhibits the use or enjoy of B&B Target Center premises and service by any other user, is prohibited. 

Use is at Your Risk - Client expressly agree that the use of B&B Target Center premises is at his (her) own risk. 

No Warranties for B&B Target Center service – B&B Target Center service is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. 

Disclaimer of Liability – This disclaimer of liability applies to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, theft or destruction, breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence or any other cause of action. You specifically acknowledge that B&B Target Center and B&B are not liable for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of others and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely on you.

Copyrights and Trademarks – All copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) used as part of B&B Target Center service are property of B&B Target Center of their respective owners. It is forbidden to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, or in any way take advantage of any part of the Intellectual Property. It is forbidden to upload, publish or otherwise make available any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other property right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. 

Governing Law – These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted according to the Laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any cause of action arising from these Terms and Conditions will be initiated and held in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. 

B&B Target Center and B&B reserves the Right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with B&B Target Center rules. 

I hereby expressly consent to B&B Target Center and its agents, managers, members, sponsors, employees, officers, directors affiliates, successors and assigns, the irrevocable and perpetual right to use my picture, image, voice and other reproductions of the same, (whether by still camera image or video film) in any manner for marketing, advertising purposes or for the purpose of trade. I waiver and release any claim I may have against B&B Target Center and its agents, managers, members, sponsors, and assigns for defamation, invasion of privacy or publicity and any other claims in connection with such use by B&B Target Center and its agents, managers, members, sponsors, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, and assigns. 

This WAIVER AND RELEASE contains the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior written oral agreements and discussions between them concerning the subject matter of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. 

The provisions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE may ONLY be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part only upon subsequent written consent of all parties. The provisions of this WAIVER AND RELEASE will continuers in full force and effect even after the termination of the activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of B&B Target Center and B&B whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise. 

I have read, understand, and fully agree to the terms of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to me. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am, twenty-one years (21) of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver.
