    There is no set deadline for submissions as we programme on a rolling basis through until mid-April. Some slots take longer to confirm than others, your patience is greatly appreciated while we consider your submission.

If you would like to include video content, please provide this as a YouTube or Vimeo link as opposed uploading it directly as part of your submission.

    While we recognise that shows may still be in their early stages of development, it is important that we are able to gauge the technical ambition of the show you are proposing so we can take this into account when considering a potential venue.   • This is your chance to tell us about the creative team behind the show, the show itself, what we can expect to see, what your ambitions are for the production and anything else you think might get us excited. There is the opportunity to upload scripts, technical plans and any other documents in support of your submission.

    Your video/audio application should cover the following as its basic structure:

    • About company/artist
    • Show summary
    • Target audiences
    • Strategy for outreach and marketing to these audiences
    • What are your technical requirements*

    We recommend that video/audio submissions are no longer than 5 minutes in length. Due to file sizes, unfortunately you are unable to upload video and audio files directly to this form. Once complete, please upload any video materials to an online platform and provide the link below in the relavant section.

    For video applications we recommend uploading as an unlisted link to YouTube or Vimeo, for audio applications we recommend uploading as an unlisted link to SoundCloud. Unfortunately, due to their time limited nature, we are unable to accept WeTranfer (or similar) links.
