You will be invoiced for the $200 non-refundable deposit once we receive this registration. You will have 24hrs to make deposit payment or your registration gets auto cancelled. In addition you will be invoiced the remaining balance the day of the workshop upon completion.

We ask you to please carefully read our REFUNDS, Disclaimer and Studio Policy. Deposit payment confirms that you’ve read our policy and you agree with it.

CONSENT TO RELEASE PHOTOGRAPHS:
This is an agreement between True Glory Tattoo Co Inc and me. I hereby grant True Glory Tattoo Co Inc. permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any way the company sees fit. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. By signing this release, I accept that photographs may be used on the internet or in any other print or electronic medium as True Glory Tattoo Co Inc. chooses. I will make no monetary or other claim against True Glory Tattoo Co Inc. for use of the photographs.

WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY
The reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled without losing your payment only if done in writing, by email to trueglorytattooco@gmail.com, at least 7 days prior to the class date.

You must bring a valid form of picture ID.
Pets and children are not allowed in the workshop due to health and safety reasons.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
