I am a family based business, and beleive in treating the people I work with like equals. By doing this I am very selective in the people that I hire to represent my company. In order to work with us, you must complete and pass training, and go through an interview process. This is a very relaxed enviroment, we are more like family then we are co workers, so if you are looking for a very profesional enviroment this may not be the setting for you.
