We are committed to making your next party a very special and memorable event. Please contact us for availability and pricing requests. All of our reservations require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours.

Delivery fee will be added to your quote.

As much as we know face paint is a fun thing to have for the Keiki, it does stain our equipment. If you do plan on having Face Paint then we require an attendant to be present to enforce rules of play. Attendant can be provided by either yourselves or us, but one must be present for whole event. If we see any stains from face paint, glitter bombs, smoke bombs, etc., there will be a damage fee charged to you.

Soft Play is strictly for ages 5 and under. Older Keiki are not allowed to be inside area. If we see older keiki inside or being rough with our equipment, we hold the right to charge a fee.

*Please be prepared to send us a picture of where you would like to have us set up at your event.

*Reminder that ground should be as level as possible. No more the 5% slope. We do not set up on gravel, cinder, or muddy grounds.

*Added fees will be applied for events that require us to haul our equipment up stairs or more then 40ft from unloading/parking zone and at events at resorts, beaches, and some state/county parks.

*At time of set up and breakdown we request that you the host make an announcement for removal of all keiki in or around play area.
