LifeWise Academy is a Released Time Religious Instruction (RTRI) program which provides Bible-based character education to public school students. Under RTRI laws, students can be released from public school during the school day to attend religious classes, provided the program is off school property, privately funded and parent-permitted.
The LifeWise curriculum is designed to take students through the entire Bible, beginning in Genesis and ending in Revelation. Each lesson reviews a Bible passage as well as a "Living LifeWise" character trait.

Volunteers can assist with driving students to and from South High School (just a couple of blocks!) in a Stowe Mission van. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to develop friendships with our students and to assist the LifeWise teacher during class in a variety of ways.
