Chef Vicky offers cooking classes for every cooking level, style, and palette. Her interactive classes are fun and entertaining and make for a unique experience that has inspired home chefs across South Florida. Request and reserve a class with Chef Vicky today.

Hands-On & Interactive Cooking Classes!

Participate in making a 3-course menu, working in three small groups. Guests will be responsible for prepping and plating of three courses. Chef Vicky or a Head Chef will always lead the class with the assistance of other qualified chefs. You may bring your own wine or beverage for the meal. All of the ingredients, tools and recipes are provided.
Are you ready to have fun?

Groups will be divided into four teams, with a mystery basket of ingredients, will have to work together to create dishes using the mystery items and other pantry items.

Without the use of the internet, teams will have 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the items, to complete this challenge and present their dishes to the judges.

Teams sre judged on how well they worked together, taste, utilization of the mystery ingredients and plating. A Gift Certificate will be given to the winning team.

After the competition, you don’t eat what you make for dinner or lunch!

Chef Vicky will invite everyone to refill their beverage, take a seat, allow Chef Vicky & kitchen team to prepare a plated 3-course dinner or 2-course lunch for the entire group. Note: we are a BYOB venue and will provide stemware to serve the group.

Couples interactive cooking classes are limited to 6 couples in order keep the experience special and intimate. It is recommeded and even encouaged to bring your beverage of choice. Bring enough to share!

Couples Cooking Classes run from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
