As part of your organic certification you will need to demonstrate that the sites are eligible for certification, i.e. free of prohibited substance application for at least a combined 36 months. You may need to provide a Pesticide Usage Report from your county and certain forms to demonstrate compliance to this.
Per § 205.202 Land Requirements, site history affidavits (required) and pesticide usage reports from your county (if applicable) must be provided to ensure eligibility. Are you able to comply with this regulation?
