Once submitted, we will review your items and determine if there's anything we'd like you to send to us!
After we receive and assess your items, we will email you an offer based on desirability, condition, RRP and other factors.
We pay 30% of our retail selling price via bank transfer, or 50% of our retail selling price in store credit
Shipping reimbursements - added to totals (credit/transfer) at the end of the process:
- Up to 5 items = we will cover $10 in shipping costs
- 6 or more items = we will cover $20 in shipping costs
In the case that we receive something we can't buy (e.g it has undisclosed stains, holes or was not selected), we can donate it or post it back to you at your expense.
We will be in touch within 1-2 business days after you receive a confirmation email from us.
