All donations will be for the following causes:

1. Students in need of assistance in case of emergency, i.e. needs of food and other necessities due to disasters such as fire, earthquake, typhoon and other unforeseen events brought up by calamities and pandemic. The amount is P 5,000.00 per grantee. The grantees may avail of the benefit only once.
2. Students with Mental Health Concerns/ Diagnosed with Mental Health Conditions (e.g. initial consultation Fee with the Psychiatrist; financial assistance for needed medications The amount is P2, 500.00 per grantee. The grantees may avail of the benefit only once.
3. Burial assistance Students in need of assistance in case of death of the head of household/household members. The amount is P 5,000.00 per grantee. The grantees may avail of the benefit only once.
4. Students in need of gadgets. The grant amounts to P 20,400.00. One-time gadget subsidy.
5. Students in need of an internet allowance of Php 1,500.00 per month. The grant will be for one semester/trimester and may be renewed every semester/trimester until the grantees graduate, provided they are enrolled, and funds are available.

Modes of Donation: Accepted modes of donations are by cash or check. For check donations, please indicate "UP OPEN UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC." as the payee. Once the amount is credited to the account, the OSA will send the Official receipt to the donor's mailing address
