    Hi Tails Member,


    You are now able to book your dog into Tails online via Kennel Booker portal.

    There will NOT be limited spaces, so don’t worry about not getting a slot, but you must book before you bring your dog along, even if it’s in the driveway! When you book online, that now generates our daily register so we can see who is due each day, and in case of an emergency.


    We ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible, preferably by Sunday at 2pm, but we know things come up, so you can book at the last minute if you need to.


    Booking your dog into Tails each week or month


    You will now be asked to pay at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a pre-booked slot you can at any time* Your money can be credited to your account or refunded to you within 5 working days or the money can be credited to your account to use against future bookings.

    Please see the *Cancelling a booking section at the bottom of the document.


    Go to our website - www.tailsoftranquility.co.uk/bookings

    Click on BOOK NOW button


    - You will be asked to add your email address. 
    (Please use the one you have given us on the form, as this is the one we have linked to your account.)
    - Create a password
    - Log in

     

    You can book your dog in for Morning plays, Half days or Full days.Please follow the instructions below for each type of booking. 


    MORNING PLAYS 7am till 11.30am

    You can either book your dog in for:

    -A single morning (eg. just Tuesday morning next week)

    -Multiple mornings for the week ahead (eg. Mon, Wed & Thu morning next week) or

    -Multiple mornings for the month ahead (eg. every Tuesday morning for the next 4 weeks)


    Click on ADD BOOKING option from the menu on the left hand side or the blue button in the top right corner
    Under SERVICE chose Daycare - Morning Play
    Select number of dogs you want to book in
    Add pet 1 or 2

    To book 1x  morning play for the week ahead

    Under Duration select 1 x Morning play
    Click on the Booking date box and select the day you want the morning play
    Click Make Booking
    You will now be taken to a page which will show all the morning plays you have chosen and the cost.
    Agree to our current Terms & Conditions
    Click the green button Submit Booking Request
    You will now be prompted to add your payment details.
    Make your payment
    And that’s your booking made!

    To book a few morning plays in the week or month ahead

    Under Duration select Pick multiple days
    Now you will be given the option to select all the morning play sessions you want to book. 
    Tap the tab on the right hand side to switch on all the morning plays you want.
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Make Booking.
    You will now be taken to a page which will show all the morning plays you have chosen and the cost.
    Agree to our current Terms & Conditions
    Click the green button Submit Booking Request
    You will now be prompted to add your payment details.
    Make your payment
    And that’s your booking made!


    FULL OR HALF DAY PLAYS

    You can either book your dog in for 

    1 x half or full day (eg. just Tuesday next week),
    Multiple half or full days for the week ahead (eg. Mon, Wed & Thu next week) or
    Multiple half or full days for the month ahead (eg. a mix of half and full days for the next 4 weeks)

    Click on ADD BOOKING option from the menu on the left hand side or the blue button in the top right corner
    Under SERVICE chose Daycare - Half or Full Day 
    Select number of dogs you want to book in
    Add pet 1 or 2

    To book 1x  half or full day for the week ahead

    Duration select either Full Day or Half Day
    Click on the Booking date box and select the day you want the morning play
    Click Make Booking
    You will now be taken to a page which will show all the dates you have chosen and the cost.
    Agree to our current Terms & Conditions
    Click the green button Submit Booking Request
    You will now be prompted to add your payment details.
    Make your payment
    And that’s your booking made!


    To book a few half or full days in the week or month ahead

    Under Duration select Pick multiple days
    Now you will be given the option to select all the sessions you want to book.  Beside the days you want click Duration and choose either Full Day or Half Day. 
    Tap the Book tab on the right hand side to switch on all the days you want.
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Make Booking.
    You will now be taken to a page which will show all the dates you have chosen and the cost.
    Agree to our current Terms & Conditions
    Click the green button Submit Booking Request
    You will now be prompted to add your payment details.
    Make your payment
    And that’s your booking made!


    * Cancelling a booking

    If you have made a mistake with a booking date or want to change it for another day, drop us a message on 07340243869 telling us the day you want to cancel and the day you want to change it to. We will update the system with your new date.


    If you want to cancel a booking but don’t know yet when you want to book again, Log into your account
    Go to the Bookings option

    You will now be shown the bookings you have made
    Click on the green View box beside the booking you want to cancel

    Click on the yellow Cancel button

    Write the reason for your cancellation in the box and click the red Cancel button

    You will now see that your booking has been cancelled.                                    This will send us an email notifying us that you have cancelled your booking.

    We can either refund your money (this will take up to 5 working days) or we can add the credit to your account for your next booking. 

    At the moment, to use the credit you must message us with a new date you would like to book and we will manually make the booking and use your credit to pay for it.

    The system is being updated over the next few days to allow clients to do this themselves. But at the moment because this has to be done manually we will only be able to do this between 7am and 6pm when we are at the computer.

    Please note that Kennel booker is also working on an update which will allow you to store your card details so you don’t have to keep entering them every time you book. I will let you know as soon as these have been released.

  • Add this booking page to your phone’s home screen for speed

    iPhone Instructions
    To add KennelBooker to your home screen, open up KennelBooker in Safari, login into the application so that you are on the dashboard or daily-overview screen, and tap the share arrow. Look for the Add to home screen button and tap it, you can edit the name of the bookmark. 


    Tap Add to add it. Now, tap the home button (or your iPhone X equivalent) to return to the home screen. You’ll see a new icon, which can be tapped to take you straight back to the site, the system will keep you logged in (as long as you don't click on the logout button/or sometimes the system will log you out if we release some big changes).

     

    Android Instructions
    To add KennelBooker to your home screen, open up KennelBooker in Chrome, login into the application so that you are on the dashboard or daily-overview screen. click on the 3 dot menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen and then click on the Add to Homescreen menu option You can then enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
