1.     I/we hereby confirm that all the information supplied is, to our knowledge, correct and authorise you to make any enquiries necessary in connection with this application. I/we understand that a credit account will only be granted after any credit checks have been undertaken and when this application has been approved by Absolute AVS Ltd.

2.     I/We understand that Absolute AVS Ltd may, at their sole discretion, withdraw credit facilities at any time.

3.     I/We accept Absolute AVS Ltd’s payment terms of 30 days after date of invoice – any deviation from these terms will be agreed, in writing, prior to acceptance of your order.

4.     I/We understand that Absolute AVS Ltd reserves the right to exercise their statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if credit terms are exceeded and may, if necessary withhold further supplies/labour if the customer’s account becomes overdue.

5. UK commercial cards will attract a fee of 1.5%. We reserve the right to charge an additional levy on non-UK registered cards - to be advised at time of order.
