    This e-form MUST be used to register quilts for display in the upcoming RNQG Quilt Show. Please be certain to fill all the required fields, indicated by a red asterisk (*). "Help" information (if provided) can be made visible by hovering the cursor over the field. The explanatory information pops up as white text on a grey background.

    Please note:  An e-form must be submitted for every quilt!
