Once submitted, Accredify Inc will review the information and documents provided, if necessary, provide you with links to complete your ID and/or accredited investor verification, and will mint a Non-Fungible Token (or equivalent) to the blockchain and wallet provided by you in this form. If the wallet address or blockchain selected are incorrect, the minting may not complete properly.
