Set up and break down:
Set up for vendors will begin at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 9th in the Billingsly Student Center 2nd Floor Corridor.
Nothing can be hung on the walls or adhered to the floors. You are to utilize the space provided. All doorways and entrances must be clear from obstructions.
All tables must be covered to the floor. Storage containers must be hidden from view.
Vendors are responsible for collection of all taxes due on their sales.
Vendors may not sell food.
All applications must be be completed by Wednesday, November 30th @ 5:00 pm to secure reservation. We have a limited number of electrical outlets and booth spaces available. Spaces and electrical outlets are assigned in the order the applications are received. You must provide your own extension cords.
You are responsible for the clean-up of your assigned space.
MSSU reserves the right to refuse vendors based on spaces available and products being sold. This includes but is not limited to non-trademarked items reflective of the MSSU brand or items representing views that could reflect negatively on the University.
