3. Client Must Pay 10% Of Funds Acquired From the Funding Source(s) To Dash Resource L.L.C. Or Agreed Affiliate No Later Than 5 Business Days.(If you don't pay the retainer fee)

4. Client Can Cancel Within 5 Business Days Of Receiving the Signed And Paid Invoice.

5. Confidentiality Of This Funding Agreement Shall Be Maintained By The Client And Dash Resource L.L.C. And/Or Affiliate Indefinitely Unless Otherwise Stated By Both Parties.
