Pets must be carried in the common areas. IE: lobbies, elevators, parking structure.

No pets on the rec deck and or in the pool area.

All tenants, residents, vehicles, and pets must be registered with 444 Nahua Building Management, Located in the Building Manager's office on the 2nd Floor. You agree and understand that you must follow the house rules. You also understand that this is a NON-SMOKING-VAPING building with exception to the designated smoking area located on the ground floor, beside the loading zone on the Nahua Side of the building.
