As a distributor/reseller if you are transferring possession of your Proto product to an end user we require the following:
- This change of service completed by distributor/reseller.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks (10 business days) for the transfer of information to be completed
- Prior to transfer - We require all content from units to be unassigned from the associated cloud account and contents confirmed to be removed from hardware prior to transfer completion.
