General Instructions:
In order to be placed on the County Commission Meeting Agenda, the requesting party must provide adequate information on the issue(s) to be discussed to ensure the agenda describes the topic of the item with "reasonable specificity" to comply with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. All requests for consideration must be reasonable and appropriate.
All requests shall be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the scheduled meeting. All requests made will be provided to the Secretary Governing Body and shall be provided to each member of the County Commission If you have prepared a statement or presentation for the County Commission, please include those items along with the request form. Additionally, if you have any documents or materials that you would like the County Commission to review prior to the scheduled meeting, you can also submit them with your request.
Each group will designate a spokesperson (usually the Requesting Party), and that person will be in charge of presenting the issue(s) to the County Commission. Generally, all comments and presentations are limited to five (5) minutes.
