2023 Six Day Project Interest Form

Our 2023 Six Day Project will take place in the community surrounding Cooley High School from Monday – Saturday, October 2-7 from 11-5 p.m.. You can volunteer as an individual or with a group. Please do not fill out this form if you are a member of a group that has a group leader who has already registered. Once you submit this form, you will be contacted by a Life Remodeled team member.
