Thank you for your interest in the Santa Rosa Mothers' Club. We offer a few scholarships each year on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, please complete the following application. Contact santarosamothers@gmail.com with any questions.

Applications will be brought to our monthly Board Meetings. If approved, membership will be awarded for a 1 year period. Membership does not extend. Scholarship membership is one time only.
