Membership Scholarship Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the Santa Rosa Mothers' Club. We offer a few scholarships each year on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, please complete the following application. Contact santarosamothers@gmail.com with any questions.

Applications will be brought to our monthly Board Meetings anonymously, which usually occur the third week of the month. If approved, membership will be awarded for a 6 month period, with a one time extension of an additional 6 months based on active participation in the club. Examples of active participation include the following: showing up for in-person events, hosting an event or playdate, and contributing to a meal train request.
