    All you have to do is fill out the information below, choose what kind of event you'd like to book, give us some direction, and click submit! We will do our absolute best to accommodate your date request. We will call/email you within 24 hours of your submission to confirm your event date.

  • Birthday Party Schedule & Information

    All birthday parties and events are 90min in total reserved time. That includes 30min reserved for your very own private reptile experience! We are flexible on show time and can make arrangements for the presentation to be at the beginning of the party or during the second half of the party! Prepare to be meet a variety of some of our amazing rescued and rehabilitated animals including snakes, tortoises, gators, lizards and more! Event guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and cake.

  • Party/Event Room Specs

    Our multi-purpose room can accommodate up to 45 guests total, but can seat up to 32 is set up with 4 large round tables that can accommodate 8 seats each. We currently have 32 chairs. Also set up is one (1) 8ft stationary rectangle table, one (1) stationary 5ft table - both creating a long 13ft table usually used for food, and one (1) portable 6ft table. Parties can arrive up to 15min early to set up and have an extra 15min to tear down decorations at the conclusion of your party. We do have a large refrigerator cooler in the party room that you can use as well! If any additional accommodations are needed, they can be requested by emailing Sara at smick@zoologyzone.org

We will travel within a 50mi round-trip radius of our facility in Hurricane, WV to give you an unforgettable on-site birthday party at your location! We will remain on location for 1 hour so everyone at your party will have plenty of time to take pictures, pet each animal, and have fun!

This allows your group a dedicated 30min educational reptile show that follows NGSS alignment, and an additional 60min for your group to either tour the facility and/or conduct any other matters you'd like. Many students enjoy picking our Executive Director's brain about different areas of science, STEM and STEAM principals, conservation studies, and more!
