I understand that if I am selling food (cooking on site or pre-packaged items (bakery, candy, juices, sauces, etc.), I will need to obtain an LA County Health Department permit to participate at GEC special events. Once my business is accepted to participate in an event, I will receive instructions on the health department requirements. I am aware that in order to obtain the required health department permit, I will need to submit proof that all food prepared is at a licensed commercial kitchen/restaurant or that I have a Cottage A permit number.

I understand that if I am selected to participate I will be responsible for providing my own canopy with weights and portable lighting.
I acknowledge and agree that submitting an application does not guarantee a space in any GEC special events. If accepted as a vendor and payment is made, I understand that my payment is non-refundable and no credit will be applied to future events.
I understand that there are no refunds or credits for booth cancellations. Events will operate rain or shine however, the event may be canceled due to inclement weather as determined by GEC Events sole and absolute discretion. Notification of cancellation will be provided by 9am on the date of the event. The event may or may not be rescheduled for a later date.
I understand that vendors that participate in any GEC special events will hold GEC Events, My Valley Pass, and any other event organizers or sponsors harmless from any and all liability whatsoever as a result of any acts and/or loss of any property at the event.
