I understand that if I am selling food—whether prepared on-site or pre-packaged items such as baked goods, candy, juices, or sauces—I am required to obtain a permit from the Los Angeles County Health Department in order to participate in GEC/My Valley Pass special events. If my business is accepted, I will receive detailed instructions regarding the necessary health department requirements. I acknowledge that to obtain the required permit, I must provide proof that all food is prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen or restaurant, or that I hold a valid Cottage Food Operation Class A permit.
Acknowledgement/Refund Policy

I understand that, if selected to participate, I will be responsible for providing my own canopy with weights, as well as any necessary tables, chairs, and portable lighting.
I acknowledge and agree that submitting an application does not guarantee placement at any My Valley Pass/GEC Events special events. If I am accepted as a vendor and submit payment, I understand that the payment is non-refundable and no credit will be issued for future events.
I understand that booth cancellations are non-refundable and no credits will be issued. Events will take place rain or shine; however, My Valley Pass/GEC Events reserves the sole and absolute right to cancel an event due to inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, notification will be provided by 10:00 AM on the day of the event. The event may or may not be rescheduled for a later date.
I understand that I may only display products that were listed in my application and approved by My Valley Pass/GEC Events. Any changes, additions, or modifications must receive prior approval from the event organizers.
I understand that by providing my email address and/or mobile phone number, I consent to receive communications from My Valley Pass/GEC Events— including, but not limited to, event updates, important notifications, and promotional materials—via email and/or text message.
I understand that vendors participating in any My Valley Pass/GEC Events special events agree to hold harmless GEC Events, My Valley Pass, and any affiliated event organizers or sponsors from any and all liability arising from any incidents, actions, or loss of property occurring at the event.
