    Kittens 2-8 MO - $180

    Cats 9+ MO - $120

    Puppies 2-11 MO - $1000

    1-4 YR - $600

    5+ YR - $350

     (covers full vetting, care of the dog, basic obedience training, time and effort).

    Transport fee: $25

    Transport fee for out-of-area adopters: $50 an hour

    Fees are payable through CashApp or cash and all fees must be paid 24 hours in advance of transport for out of area adopters. 

  • Sumitting this application does not mean you are commiting to a pet, nor does it guarantee you will get that pet. It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family, lifestyle & pet.

    Your information will remain confidential and only used as apart of the adoption process.

  • We will be speaking to all adult residents to confirm everyone is aware of this application process and wants to have a pet added to the family. Please do not submit this application if you are "trying to talk someone into" adopting this pet or think "once they meet the pet, they will want one" or "I'm getting this pet as a surprise birthday present for them." In those scenarios, you are welcome to email us to discuss the pet, but we would like all adults in the home to be involved in that email discussion.

  • I understand that completing this application does not guarantee I will be allowed to adopt a pet, and that the application is a tool to help A&I FRAT determine if this dog and my family are a good fit for each other.  I acknowledge that all information provided on this form is true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentations may result in my not being approved and/or removal of the adopted pet from my possession. I also certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.  

    I agree to allow a representative from A&I FRAT to contact my vet for a reference and also agree to allowing a home visit prior to adopting this dog. If I am approved to adopt a pet, I agree to pay a non-refundable adoption fee and acknowledge the adoption fee is solely to help other animals in our care.

    I understand that all pets adopted from A&I FRAT will be spayed/neutered, dewormed, flea and tick prevented, be started on socializing, desensitizing, housetraining/litter training, impulse control, basic obedience training (for dogs only) and vaccinated prior to adoption.
