MOBILIZATION (Applies to Character/Prop Scanning Only)

Mobilizations are required anytime the MoPho Studio/Hybrid Rig needs to be moved or set up in a new location:
- Local Mobilization - relocation within a four-hour drive from the company's primary office locations (Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Brooklyn, NY)
- Non-Local Mobilization - relocation outside the proximity of the company's primary office locations that require more extensive logistics, risk assessment, and planning.
MOBILIZATION NOTES:
Please add any relevant information such as locations outside of the studio TMZ or other factors that we need to factor in to providing an accurate quotation.

SCAN PROCESSING

Please select the quantity of each type of scan processing below if you want processing to be included in your quotation. SCANable has overall deal discounts in place with most of the major studios, but additional discounts are applied based on the quantity of services requested.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Please provide a Certificate of Insurance as follows:
- Additional Insured on General Liability and Automobile Liability (Primary & Non-Contributory, including Hired & Non-Owned Autos for union drivers operating our vehicles/trailers).
- Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Captura/SCANable on General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Loss Payee on Property/Equipment coverage for our mobile studio, trucks, trailers, and equipment while in Production’s care, custody, or control.
