Thank you for your application to the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM) 2023 Summer Scholars Program in translational regenerative medicine. All application materials, including letters of recommendation and "official" transcripts, must be received by deadline of January 15, 2023. All applicants will be notified regarding the status of their application by March 13, 2023. Please read all instructions and see the Summer Scholar Timeline and FAQ on the website for additional details regarding application process, program. and review timelines.
All applicants must be 18 years of age on or before the first day of the 2023 Summers Scholar Program and meet the following criteria:
- Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S. or be eligible to work in the U.S. at WFIRM for the 10-week summer program.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.85 or higher (4.0 scale)
- Be currently enrolled at time of application in a degree-granting program at an undergraduate college, community college or university in the U.S., Puerto Rico or other U.S. territory.
- Have completed at least two semesters of undergraduate education by the start of the 2023 Summer Scholar Program.
A completed application packet includes:
- Completed on-line application form
- Two letters of Recommendation
- Most recent "official" academic transcript(s)
