Section 4: Customer Agreement
I understand that: 1. A 50% deposit is due before work begins. 2. All designs must be approved by email before going to production. By approving the design, you are stating that everything including but not limited to spelling, layout, and color is correct and is ready to print. 3. After you have paid your 50% deposit, turnaround time for graphic design is 3-5 business days for the first proof. Each subsequent proof will be sent within 24-hours of the customer’s most recent email regarding the design. No same day or rush orders on graphic design. 4. Each proof after the second proof will incur an additional $5.00 charge to the existing balance.
