  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2022 Jupiter Farms Community Christmas Festival Park Floats!

    Sunday, December 4, 2022, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

    Jupiter Farms Park - JHA Grass Ring, 16655 Jupiter Farms Road, Jupiter, FL 33478

    Float Check-In & Set Up: 8:00 am - 10:30 pm, Chain Gate into the Grass Ring area, across from the soccer fields.

    Vehicles Out: 10:45 am - all vehicles not part of a Float presentation must be out of the Grass Ring area. Guest & participant parking will be in all the regular spots at JF Park.

    Float Judging: 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Judges will be circulating the Float area during this time. After 1 pm if Float Participants want to participate in other Festival activities, no points will be deducted for lack of Public Interaction.

    Non Profit Groups & Families: $10.00

    Commercial Group: $30.00

  • **SAFETY GUIDELINES **

    • No vehicles may move between 11:00 am - 4:30 pm. Floats that are vehicles or have attached vehicles MAY be permitted to leave the space WITH PERMISSION FROM EVENT STAFF. It's our intent to allow vehicles to exit if the circumstance is safe.

    • Vehicles will be allowed INTO the Grass Ring area at 5:00. Please make sure your area is ready to pack into the vehicle before bringing it in.    

    • Please respect the health and safety of everyone.

  • Indemnification Agreement

    The Participant(s) agrees to protect and save the Jupiter Farms Community Events, Inc. and the Jupiter Horsemen's Association, Inc. harmless from any claims or causes of action of any kind or nature for physical injury to person or damage to property which may be suffered or alleged to be suffered due in whole or part to any act or omission to act of the vendor. Jupiter Farms Community Events, Inc. is not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur.

    Participant(s) certifies that he/she is properly insured for any accident which might occur in connection with the event by the vendor or anyone assisting the vendor, or any vehicle/equipment being used in connection with the event. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Jupiter Horsemen's Association, Inc. and Jupiter Farms Community Event's Inc., its committee, and agents against harmless all loss, damage, and expense which they may sustain or become liable for on account of injury to or death of persons, or on account of damage to or destruction of property resulting in connection with the event by vendor or due to or arising in any manner from the wrongful act or negligence of the vendor.

    Participant(s) certifies that they and their agents understand that this is an equestrian event and under Florida Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. Fla. Stat. § 773.04 (2009)
