- Surrendering the entire litter forfeits any and all future claims on the kittens/puppies
- The mother cat/dog must be desexed at a veterinary clinic nominated and paid for by Ollie’s Legacy within 4 weeks of weaning her offspring.
- Information is collected solely for the purpose of determining suitability for the Last Litter Program and will be kept subject to Ollie’s Legacy Incorporated's privacy policy.
