EYA Sports Player Evaluation

Must be completed by any new athlete that joins EYA Sports for any classes or specialized clinic.

If you are a first time client registering for any of the programs below, we must have a Player Evaluation completed prior to Training with EYA Sports.

All new players MUST go through our Player Evaluation and Scouting Test before player development begins.
The Player Evaluation and Scouting Test or (P.E.S.T) is a series of drills to determine the starting point for your skill development.
Player Evaluations are held every Tuesday:
Elementary & Middle School: 7:30 pm
High School Evaluations: 8:30 pm

Location: EYA Sports Athletics Facility (located inside Mt. Zion Baptist Church) 7102 Mt. Zion Blvd, Jonesboro, Ga 30236.

EYA Sports / Hoops Report Liability Waiver There are certain inherent risks associated with participating in sports, either as an athlete or spectator, which cannot be eliminated. These risks include, but are certainly not limited to: (1) minor injuries such as scratches, cuts, bruises and strains; and (2) major injuries such as injuries to the eyes, infection, contracting a virus or disease, loss of sight, joint injuries, back injuries, heart attacks, concussions, paralysis and even death.COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is reported to be spread through the air, from touching contaminated surfaces and from person-to-person contact. EYA Player Evaluation

All new players MUST go through our Player Evaluation and Scouting Test before player development begins. The Player Evaluation and Scouting Test or (P.E.S.T) is a series of drills to determine the starting point for your skill development. After completing the test, an evaluation will take place to rank new coming athlete’s skill level he or she is currently at. Once the evaluation is completed, we encourage ALL High School players must submit a list of colleges he or she would like to attend as a student athlete. Our EYA Sports team will then communicate with our partners in NCAA and College recruiting to help along with the process. Evaluation fee: $35
