The information provided will be shared with the landlord, who will decide on the successful tenant(s). Your details will then be shared with each housemate, our lettings software provider, and Vouch if referencing of any guarantors is applicable.

In most cases, you will require a guarantor. Please have their details ready when requested, full information about their obligations will be provided prior to any agreements being signed. You must have their consent to share their details and they must be aware of how their data will be used and shared.
