The theatre has a dedicated caterer on site. All catering required must be done through the use of our in-house caterer. External catering is only allowed after due consideration and written approval from the management team of the theatre.

Any outside or 'own' drinks are prohibited by Liquor License Law and our policies. All guests must make use of the provided and fully stocked bars in the cellar. Any drinks that you should wish to provide guests must be arranged with the Theatre.

How does the bar work?
Depending on your needs, you can either choose a straight-forward Cash Bar where guests get and pay their own drinks.
An Open Bar is also available where the Tenant places an amount on the event's tab. Once the limit is reached, guests will pay themselves.
A combination of the two can also be arranged where you specify which drinks are for the Tenant's account and which drinks guests must pay themselves.
Welcome drinks can be arranged for payment by the Tenant's account
Barman and Staff are included to man the bars.
