All UK companies require a registered office address, which is the official address for all correspondence from governing agencies, such as Companies House and HMRC. This address will appear on public record and should also be displayed on company paperwork and websites. Including FREE mail forwarding of all official government mail by scan and email.

Service Address / Officer Correspondence Address
Protect the privacy of an officer's home address.
UK company directors, LLP members, subscribers (shareholders or guarantors at the time of a company's incorporation), secretaries and PSCs (persons with significant control e.g., shareholders who own more than 25% of the company's shares), are legally required to provide a service address for public record.
To protect your privacy we can add our address to the public records, and forward all official mail via scan and email.

VAT & PAYE Registration
VATYou must register for VAT if your VAT taxable turnover goes over £85,000 (the 'threshold'), or you know that it will. Your VAT taxable turnover is the total of everything sold that is not VAT exempt. You can also register voluntarily; some believe being VAT registered reflects professionalism.
You can buy now and register, and we’ll apply for registration following incorporation of your Company or you can defer registration to a later date.
