Terms and Conditions:
I. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Mitsa Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Mitsa Co. ("We," "us," or "our").
II. PAYMENT TERMS
- The Client shall pay Mitsa Co. the amount given for the products/services covered.
- 50% of this amount must be made to process the orders. We will not process orders that are not paid.
- Balance should be settled on or before delivery. We shall not proceed to the delivery of items until balance has been made.
III. SERVICE INTERRUPTION
- Any type of revisions of order are strictly not allowed once down payment is settled.
- All sales are final upon receiving the down payment. The order invoice is the final quotation to be followed for Client's orders.
- In any case the Client causes delay on the production of items, an inconvenience fee will incur (minimum ₱1,000.00).
IV. ORDER CANCELLATION
- In the event that the Client cancels the project, the down payment will not be refunded.
- In the event that Mitsa Co. cancels, we must refund the down payment.
V. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and any associated orders at our discretion if we determine that there has been a violation of these terms and conditions or if a customer engages in disrespectful or abusive behavior towards us. In such cases, we will provide you with written notice of termination.
VI. PACKAGING PRINTOUTS
- The packaging printouts such as; gift tags, cards, and sticker labels, has two (2) allowable revisions for each piece.
- The Client agrees that if the allowable revisions are exhausted, an additional ₱800.00/revision will be charged.
- The Client shall communicate feedback and any revision requests at least forty-eight (48) hours before it can be printed out. Failure of Client to respond on the given time frame will result on us proceeding of printing the item.
VII. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
- Production takes up to fifteen (15) business days for any custom order. Weekends and holidays are not included.
- For company related bulk order, production timeline will depend on quantity ordered.
- For holiday season/peak season, production may take twenty-five (25) to thirty (30) business days maximum.
- Placing of order at least one (1) month before the event or occasion is highly encouraged.
- FORCE MAJEURE - If we are delayed, hindered, or prevented from performing any of our obligations hereunder by circumstances out of our control (floods, typhoon, earthquake, etc.), we shall have no liability for such delay or failure in performing our obligations.
- The delivery fee will be shouldered by the Client. We can ship via same day delivery (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) if within Metro Manila and can ship outside Metro Manila via Gogo Express.
- For same day delivery:
- Client will be responsible on booking of courier. Shipping details will be provided by us once order is ready for pick-up.
- Client must pick-up/book a courier within two (2) days upon receiving confirmation of order completion and ready for pick-up.
- After two (2) days, Mitsa Co. will not be liable to store/keep any of the products left in the studio. Failure on pick up of items within the given time frame will result in a ₱500.00/day storage fee.
- Tracking number/details will be provided for you to monitor the location of your delivery.
- In the event that the items got lost/damaged during transit, Mitsa Co. will not be liable for any loss/damages. We carefully pack all goods for the safety of items.
- We shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by couriers at any given time.
- We will notify you ahead of time for any delays that may arise during the production.
VIII. WARRANTY
We guarantee that all products undergo a careful inspection before delivery. If you believe you have received a defective product, you may provide photo and/or video evidence of the defect and send a private message to us. If the defect is verified, we will replace the damaged item.
Reminders:
1. Production will commence from date of payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS.
2. Shipping fee is not included. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee of your preferred delivery option.
4. Double check your order form details before submitting to us. Particularly name spelling and color. We wil not replace any mistake due to your negligence. All order forms submitted are FINAL. No changes will be allowed.
5. Kindly wait for your invoice and our bank details. We will send it on soonest possible time. You can follow it up if we failed to send it after 1-2 days.
6. You are allotted 24 hours to pay after we have sent you the invoice. Failure to pay within 24 hours, your order invoice will be voided.
7. PRODUCTION TIMELINE:
- Lean Season: 15 - 25 business days (depending on the batch schedule)
- Peak Season (Sep to Dec): 25 - 30 business days maximum
Bulk Orders: It will depend on our production flow. Kindly coordinate with us before placing your order.
Leather Goods with Custom Logo: 2 weeks logo production, plus product production. It will depend on our production flow. Kindly coordinate with us before placing your order.
