Conditions of Enrollment
1. I understand Camp of the Woods is a non-denominational Bible Camp where Christian values and lessons from the Bible are taught.
2. While every precaution is taken for the safety and good health of our campers, Camp of the Woods, its directors, staff members, and volunteers are hereby released, forever discharged from any and all claims, costs, actions of any nature causing death, injury or harm to the camper regardless of whether same may have contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the directors, officers, servants, employees, representatives, agents or volunteers of Camp of the Woods Ministries, Inc.
3. In case of emergency every effort will be made to contact parents or guardians. In the event they cannot be reached permission is hereby given to Camp of the Woods to hospitalize or secure proper treatment. The Camp is licensed and inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Health. There is a camp nurse available to help campers with health-related problems. Medical treatment beyond the camp nurse and first aid is the responsibility of the parent.
4. The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss a camper who rejects or contravenes the reasonable guidelines of the Camp. If a camper is dismissed his parent or guardian is required to immediately retrieve the camper.
5. All campers and, in the case of a minor, the parents or guardian must assume liability for any damages to Camp of the Woods property.
6. The personal information that you provide to Camp of the Woods will only be used internally and never shared.
7. Any photos or video taken of the camper during camp events are the property of Camp of the Woods and may be used internally as well as in future promotional materials.
8. I agree to be contacted by Camp of the Woods at the email address provided on the registration sheet regarding upcoming events and promotions.
9. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
